Within walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, a supermarket and various shops. The house is located about 500 meters from the beach on the Mediterranean. The Costa Blanca is also known for its beautiful golf courses. At about 11 kilometers you will find one of the many golf courses, where you may be able to play a round of golf now and then.The living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair.
